The 8 newly built apartments of 45m2 are all in one building in the heart of the city. The building is located in a quiet area and in a short distance from all the tourist attractions. At 10 meters there is a mini market, bakery, pizzeria, library, butcher, cafes, and a bus stop as well.
This makes them the perfect location for long term or short term stays!

All the apartments are comfortable and spacious They can accommodate up to 4 people. They have thermal insulation, sound insulation, Fan Coil for heating / cooling. There is always hot water and a fire detection system with an alarm.
